Return policy

Online purchases (Final sale items and gifts excluded) made through Ciarra are valid for a refund within 30 days from the date you've received all your item(s).

Items must be unworn, unaltered, and come with all original tags and their original packaging. The original shipping cost and the insurance (if any) are non-refundable.

The shipping cost will make the customer's responsibility in case of buyer's remorse performance, such as color/quality, changing your mind, ordering by mistake, buying it elsewhere, etc. If the exchange or return is caused by our defective product or products, we will cover any return shipping costs.


How do I return an item?

Step 1
To start a return, you can contact us at cs-us@ciarraappliances.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Step 2
If your return is accepted, we'll reach out to you with instructions after we receive your return request.

Step 3
Place your item(s) into the original packaging.

Step 4
Deliver your package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to issue a refund or exchange after I return the item(s)?

Refund or exchange will be available as soon as your return is received and processed.


Damages and issues

When receiving, please inspect the package for any damage promptly. Confirm that the package is intact and open the box to check before signing for it. Damages discovered after signing cannot be compensated by the logistics provider.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs-us@ciarraappliances.com and send your item to:

NOTE: Before returning your product, please be sure to contact our customer service to confirm the exact return address. If you return the product without authorization, the warehouse will reject this return and you will need to re-return the product to the correct return address.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

PayPal refunds: About 3 business days.

Credit card refunds: Depending on the time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges: It will take at least 3 business days for us to arrange the reshipment for you.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

Cooker hoods with obvious signs of use, induction hobs, accessories, etc. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

NOTE: Before returning your product, please be sure to contact our customer service to confirm the exact return address. If you return the product without authorization, the warehouse will reject this return and you will need to re-return the product to the correct return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $109.99, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
